"Seat Was Exactly Right"
My seat location matched perfectly with what I expected. There were no weird surprises at all, which I really appreciated.

"Good seat choices, but a little confusing"
I was able to pick some decent seats, which I appreciated. From my perspective, though, a few of the options weren’t totally clear at first, so I had to take a moment to figure out what I was actually selecting

"Usually Has the Tickets I’m Looking For"
I always seem to find the tickets I need here, which is a relief, especially when I’m feeling pressured to grab them before they sell out. It makes the whole process a lot easier when everything is right there and I don’t have to keep searching around.

I booked through TodayTix and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the view, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The seats were really solid, I could see the whole stage clearly and didn’t feel too far back at all. There wasn’t any weird angle or major obstruction either. Even if the view hadn’t been absolutely perfect, I would’ve been fine with it for the price, but it was better than I expected. I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty smooth overall"
From my experience, the emails came through at the right times and the order updates were easy enough to follow. I didn’t have to chase anyone for info, which was a relief. I can’t say if it’s always like this, but my order went smoothly. The only thing I’d mention is that it could maybe be a little quicker sometimes.

I was a little nervous at first, but the tickets worked perfectly when we got to the theatre. No weird issues or surprises, which made it feel worth it. I’d use it again.

Booking was simple, and I did appreciate that the service fees were shown before I paid, because apparently that’s not always a given these days. It would’ve been nice if they were a little lower, but at least there were no surprise charges at the end.

I booked my tickets through TodayTix and, getting into the venue was way easier than I expected. I just pulled up the tickets on my phone, the staff scanned them, and that was it. No standing around, no confusion, no weird ticket drama, thankfully. It all worked exactly like it was supposed to, which shouldn’t feel rare, but here we are. I’d use it again

I’ve had a solid experience with todaytix overall. They’ve got some good shows listed, and I’ve definitely found a few deals I probably wouldn’t have come across otherwise. That said, the selection can feel a little limited at times, especially if you’re looking for smaller plays or need specific dates. It also really depends on the city—some places have way more options than others. I still use it and think it’s worth checking, but I usually look at a couple other sites before I actually book...

"Fast payment, no hassle"
I got paid quickly and everything went through without any weird issues. it was smoother than I expected. The only random detail I remember is I was eating a slightly stale granola bar when the payment notification popped up, which somehow made it feel even better

I tried both the app and the website because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, and it was easy to find shows and book tickets. The app felt a bit smoother to me than the website, so I’d probably stick with that next time. One page did load slowly, but it wasn’t a huge deal and didn’t stop me from getting what I needed done.

I’ve used TodayTix a handful of times now for lottery and rush tickets in NYC. I mean, I definitely didn’t win every time, because that’s just how it goes, but the times I did, the seat info and pickup stuff was easy enough to understand. My last rush ticket was kind of surprisingly simple too. I paid in the app, got to the theatre, showed my phone, and that was basically it. No weird problem or big hassle. Prices felt fair, so yeah, I’ll keep checking it when I’m looking for tickets.

I used TodayTix today to grab a show kind of last minute, and I found a promo code that, surprisingly, was not fake or expired. The discount just came off right away at checkout, which was nice because the final price was much better than I was thinking it would be. Getting the tickets was easy, and they showed up in the app like they were supposed to. I was a little unsure at first, just because last minute stuff can be weird, but at the theatre everything was fine and no issue happened. I’d use it again if I’m looking for cheap seats...

"Quick Help, But It Shook My Confidence a Bit"
I had a small issue with my booking, which made me a little wary at first. It’s never a great feeling when something goes wrong and you start wondering if things are going to be a hassle. To be fair, they replied really fast and got it sorted without much fuss. I’m happy with how they handled it, but the hiccup did make me trust the process a little less than before

I ended up getting last-minute tickets for less than I expected, and the seats were actually good. Booking was simple, and any extra stress felt totally avoidable with how easy the process was. Definitely felt worth the money, and I’d use TodayTix again...
